North Bay Construction is owned and operated by Steve Steffes. Steve began his career in construction over 20 years ago when he moved to the Petoskey/Harbor Springs area from down state.

After a decade of leadership as project manager, Steve planted roots and created North Bay Construction. This local experience helped him develop lasting relationships with some of the most trusted local contractors and Tradesmen.
